Key Responsibilities

• Establish and nurture a positive therapeutic rapport with clients of all ages, ensuring a safe and trusting environment.
• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental health disorders, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
• Create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and circumstances.
• Lead regular counseling sessions, whether individual or group, focusing on intervention strategies to address mental health challenges.
• Continuously monitor and assess client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals to other specialists or community resources when additional support is necessary for client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds and with differing life experiences. Your expertise will directly benefit those facing mental health challenges, relationship issues, family dynamics, and significant life transitions, all aimed at fostering their emotional and psychological well-being.

Qualifications

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist is required for consideration.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is essential.
• Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy is highly advantageous, showcasing your ability to engage with a variety of client needs.
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management capabilities are necessary for efficient client documentation and treatment administration.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working with telehealth platforms to deliver therapy sessions effectively.
• Familiarity with culturally sensitive care practices is a plus.
• A robust understanding of various therapeutic modalities and their application in treating diverse mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits
