Position Overview

Tele-Mind Behavioral and Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Tele-Mind Behavioral and Counseling Center, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Building and maintaining a strong therapeutic alliance with clients through empathy, active listening, and trust-building exercises.
• Conducting thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relational issues.
• Developing tailored treatment plans that align with the unique needs and circumstances of each patient, employing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Family Systems Therapy.
• Leading individual and group therapy sessions that encourage open dialogue, shared experiences, and community support, adjusting treatment plans based on progress assessments and client feedback.
• Documenting client interactions and treatment plans accurately in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and ethical practices are upheld.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on clients residing in diverse communities within Houston, Texas, and surrounding areas. This role requires sensitivity to cultural differences and an understanding of various socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Active State licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in conducting individual and group therapy, with a strong foundation in various therapeutic modalities.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse caseload while balancing administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

• Background in telehealth or remote therapy practices.
• Experience working with trauma-informed care approaches.
• Familiarity with community resources and referral processes to enhance patient care.
