Job description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Insurance Telesales Agent with an active Florida 2-40 (Customer Representative) or 2-15 (Life Including Variable Annuity) insurance license to join our growing team.
In this role, you will engage with prospective clients over the phone, educate them on insurance products, identify their coverage needs, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.
Bilingual English/Spanish or English/ Creole preferred
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in telesales, inside sales, call center, or customer service preferred.
Active Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health Insurance License preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
Responsibilities
Make outbound and receive inbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
Educate customers on insurance products and recommend appropriate coverage.
Generate new business through leads, referrals, and follow-up opportunities.
Quote, bind, and process insurance policies.
