We are seeking a skilled Med/Surg Registered Nurse (RN) to join a specialized Transplant Unit (Abdominal 8C) caring for liver and kidney transplant patients. This is a high-acuity unit requiring strong clinical judgment, time management, and post-surgical care experience.
Adult Medical-Surgical patients
Liver and kidney transplant patients
Post-operative and complex medical cases
Provide comprehensive Med/Surg nursing care
Perform thorough patient assessments and care planning
Manage:
Tube feedings and NG tubes
Blood product administration
Ensure accurate documentation and adherence to pain management protocols
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient outcomes
Experience: Minimum 2 years RN Med/Surg experience (REQUIRED)
Traveler Experience: First-time travelers considered upon review
