Patient Service Coordinator

A Day in the Role:

• 2 weeks training onsite then fully REMOTE
• Responsible for high-volume scheduling of procedures, upwards of 100 procedures will be scheduled per day.
• Will also be responsible for follow-up messages from both patients and providers during downtime.
• Familiarity with EMR.
• Will be updating procedures inputted into the EMR.
• Registration, scheduling, insurance verification.
• Will cross train them in being a straight scheduler as well.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience in Medical Administration or Patient Experience
• Diploma or GED required
• EMR experience preferred

This is a Contract position based out of New Haven, CT.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
