THE ROLE:

Our team members are world-class hospitality experts who are genuinely delighted to anticipate each individual guest’s needs, enthusiastically serve them, and do whatever it takes to make their day! 

Assistant Managers in training serve and support their GM by executing their initiatives, championing TEG’s values, and coaching my team to uphold TEG standards through continuous, gracious pressure. They are a humble, teachable trainee who is eager to learn from and apply feedb ack from their GM and Region Leader.


REQUIREMENTS

● Required to work at least 2 weekend shifts and 2 night shifts per week unless requested off in writing through email and TEG’s timekeeping software at least two weeks in advance.

● Flexible availability. This role often works nights, weekends, and/or holidays.

● Must be able to handle physical activity as it relates to the job, such as deep cleaning, painting, standing, crawling, bending, lifting 30-40 lbs, and minor game repairs.

● Align with TEG’s Uniform Standards.
