This position operates within a detox center that emphasizes remote access, enabling our practitioners to reach clients who may otherwise have limited access to mental health resources. The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will play a pivotal role in our clinical team and will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues, strengths, and available resources.
• Delivering individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy.
• Crafting and implementing tailored treatment plans with clear goals and therapeutic interventions in collaboration with the client and their support system.
• Participating in regular team meetings to discuss client cases and coordinate care effectively with psychiatrists and psychologists.
• Providing crisis intervention and risk assessment, ensuring clients have access to safety planning when necessary.
• Maintaining up-to-date and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical standards and legal requirements.
• Facilitating psychoeducation classes and support groups to empower clients and enhance their coping strategies and resilience.

Our diverse clientele consists of adolescents and adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related disorders, and other psychological conditions. As an LCSW at our center, your expertise will be crucial in guiding clients through their healing journey and assisting them in developing the tools they need to thrive.

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited educational institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health or outpatient setting.
• A strong foundation in evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and treatment approaches.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and assessment skills to build rapport with clients and work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
