What are some common challenges teenagers face when balancing part-time jobs with school responsibilities?

Teenagers who take on part-time jobs often find it challenging to juggle their work schedules with academic commitments, extracurricular activities, and personal life. Managing time effectively becomes crucial, as working too many hours can impact school performance and lead to stress or burnout. Many employers who hire teenagers are familiar with these concerns and may offer flexible shifts or limit weekly hours to help students maintain a healthy balance.
