This is a hands-on leadership role that requires strong construction knowledge, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide a visible leadership presence on-site and lead safety meetings, inspections, and daily site activities.

  • Work closely with the Project Manager to plan, schedule, and execute construction activities.

  • Develop and manage short-term schedules, including 2–3 week schedules and 6-week look-ahead plans.

  • Coordinate labour, materials, equipment, inspections, consultants, subcontractors, and other site resources.

  • Monitor project costs, labour, equipment, and materials to help keep projects on budget.

  • Build positive working relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, employees, and other stakeholders.

  • Mentor, coach, and support field employees to help develop a strong team.

  • Perform carpentry and general labour duties when required.

  • Identify and resolve issues quickly while keeping the project moving forward.

What You Must Have

  • Comfortable using technology and digital construction tools.

Why Join the Team

  • A team environment that values safety, quality, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Enjoy excellent opportunities for professional development, advancement, and long-term growth within the organization.

Who Will Excel in This Role

You’ll be a great fit if you’re a hands-on construction leader who takes ownership and enjoys keeping projects organized and moving forward. You’re comfortable making decisions in the field, managing multiple priorities, and working with a wide range of stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, accountable, and confident leading a large onsite team. You understand how labour, equipment, materials, scheduling, quality, and budget all work together to deliver a successful project.
