Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

  • This role supports the production of high-quality sporting goods, with current openings focused on helmet molding and surface preparation, softball pad printing, and baseball/softball tee assembly. You will follow established safety, quality, and manufacturing processes while working as part of a small, collaborative team to ensure products meet strict specifications and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain consistent daily attendance and arrive on time for all scheduled shifts.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and manufacturing processes and procedures at all times.
  • Read, understand, and follow departmental product specifications and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support the manufacturing of sporting goods products.
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and free of hazards as a committed team member.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn through on-the-job training.
  • Experience with assembly, production, or general labor work.
