The 2 mobile testers should obviously have experience testing mobile applications on multiple platform devices, both Android and iOS. Front end / user experience and back end (database/SQL/API) experience.

The general QA position is what I would call the general QA profile. Both white and black box experience. Front end / user experience and back end (database/SQL/API) experience. Good team player. Good attitude and aptitude.
