Cyber and Technology Risk Manager

About your role:

Cyber and Technology Risk Managers are an integral part of Global Cyber Security Services Information Risk Management organization. Cyber Technology Risk Managers are trusted advisors that translate the requirements to be secure, vigilant, and resilient in line with the cyber risk appetite of Fiserv to the business and technology teams they support.

What you'll do:

  • Build relationships with business units to deliver security-by-design controls incorporated into projects, architecture, infrastructure, and applications, throughout the entire lifecycle
  • Identify, articulate, and document threats and vulnerabilities that may impact the business and address them regularly with business units
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge related to security threats, vulnerabilities, and mitigations set forth to reduce the attack surface; circulate this knowledge through the business units
  • Support the CISO, management team, and executive leadership even during tumultuous times
  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary

Experience you'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information assurance, MIS or related field, or equivalent industry experience
  • At least 5+ years' experience with varying focus in application and infrastructure security, as well as risk and controls assessment
  • Adept at understanding business focus and processes and ability to inject cybersecurity into the business through teamwork and influence
  • Applicable knowledge of national and global cybersecurity policies, regulations, and security frameworks
  • Demonstrated understanding and comprehension of a wide range of cyber security solutions

Experience that would be great to have:

  • Master's degree in information assurance or computer science is preferred.
  • Certification: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, OSWE

How you'll work:

  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity

Travel:

  • Less than 10% travel off-site or to other office locations may be occasionally required

  • You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Salary Range

$128,000.00 - $216,000.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey and New York. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
