Our Company's Information Technology division partners across the business to support patients and customers worldwide. We are a collaborative, innovative team that uses information and technology to drive efficiency, productivity, and business value in support of global medical innovation.

The Company's Records and Information Management (RIM) Program is part of the IT Governance, Risk and Compliance organization. In collaboration with various stakeholders, the RIM team supports the enterprise by developing and maintaining policy, training, the records retention schedule, and the Liaison Network. The team also provides guidance and best practices for the effective management of records and information.

About the Role

Reporting to the Associate Director, Records and Information Management (RIM), the Specialist (R2) supports the enterprise-wide RIM Program through program coordination, records governance support, education, and stakeholder engagement. Collaborating with various team members across the globe, this role helps maintain the accuracy of the records retention schedule, responds to customer inquiries, and supports communication, training, and continuous improvement activities that advance compliance and information risk management objectives.

What You Will Do

  • Coordinate program operations that support the planning, execution, and ongoing management of the RIM Program.

  • Develop and maintain RIM communications, training materials, presentations, and awareness resources.

  • Coordinate and participate in meetings, workshops, and program events, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to communicate program updates, reinforce RIM expectations, and support engagement across business functions.

  • Maintain the accuracy and integrity of the records retention schedule and related information in applicable tools and systems.

  • Respond to customer inquiries related to records retention requirements with timely, accurate guidance.

  • Research and resolve records management questions from business stakeholders.

  • Support Records Liaisons and other stakeholders by providing guidance on roles, processes, and available resources.

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communications, and stakeholder experience.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of experience OR a minimum of high school diploma with at least 4 years of relevant work experience

Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in a regulated industry, legal environment, or similar setting preferred.

  • Experience with records retention schedules or related information governance processes preferred.

  • Experience in records and information management or information governance.

  • Experience supporting retention schedule maintenance, stakeholder engagement, information governance or related activities.

  • Experience developing and publishing professional communications materials to broad audiences.

  • Experience supporting training, awareness, or stakeholder communications.

The salary range for this role is

$87,300.00 - $137,400.00

This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee's position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.

The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long-term incentive, if applicable.
