Job Title: Program Manager -Technology Risk (Strategic Execution & Portfolio Management)
Location: Hybrid- 3 days
Duration: 6+ Months

Overview:
Led by the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), the Technology Risk team secures the firm against hackers and other cyber threats. The team is responsible for detecting and preventing cyber intrusions, developing secure applications and infrastructure, measuring cybersecurity risk, and implementing controls. Within Technology Risk, the Strategic Execution & Portfolio Management & Chief Operating Office drives strategic initiatives, change management, process improvement, and audit commitments across Engineering, while scaling operations to support a rapidly growing workforce.
Your Impact:
This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Technology Risk senior leadership to solve complex organizational and business challenges. You will help align Technology Risk with its rapidly changing environment, leveraging your skills in stakeholder engagement, strategic thinking, communication, and program management.
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute a holistic roadmap for technology, reporting, and process enhancements.
  • Support governance frameworks for scope review, risk management, and project health reporting.
  • Drive strategic projects prioritized by Technology Risk and Engineering leaders.
  • Partner with senior sponsors to build consensus around plans, activities, and measures of success.
  • Promote continuous improvement within program management, optimizing processes and efficiency.
  • Analyze and mitigate program risks, producing reports and tracking KPIs for leadership.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in project, portfolio, product, or program management.
  • Proven track record in global program management, including developing and launching portfolios and roadmaps.
  • Experience in engineering or cybersecurity environments preferred.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.G., JIRA, Confluence, Smartsheet, Alteryx).
  • Skilled in data visualization and reporting tools (e.G., Tableau, PowerBI).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience leveraging JIRA and Confluence for project management.
  • Background in non-financial risk management (operational, cyber, resilience, third party, compliance, enterprise risk).
  • Data analysis and visualization expertise.
  • Interest or experience in programming (Python, HTML, Javascript, C++).
  • Experience developing risk analytics and productivity tools to generate actionable insights.
