TITTLE: IT INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER
LOCATION: ATLANTA, GA (ONSITE) 

 
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute complex infrastructure-related initiatives spanning telecommunications, network/network security, server, cloud, and wireless. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in IT infrastructure and excellent project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and manage end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects (on-prem, cloud, hybrid environments).
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams including engineers, system admins, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Define project business requirements, scope, goals, timelines, resource needs, risks, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation (plans, RAID logs, reports, post-mortems).
• Identify and mitigate risks, and manage issues as they arise.
• Clearly communicate status updates to leadership and stakeholders through reports and meetings.
• Ensure infrastructure deployments meet compliance, security, and performance requirements.
• Work closely with procurement and vendors for sourcing and delivery of infrastructure components.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT project management with a focus on infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure domains: networks, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and data centers.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, Smartsheet).
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.

Preferred Qualifications:
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• ITIL Foundation certification.
• Extensive experience managing network, server, and telecommunications related projects.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
