Position Overview
We are seeking a Technology Project Manager to lead and oversee various technology-related projects within our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and according to budget. This role requires a strong understanding of architectural technology, project management, and effective communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage technology projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to define project requirements and specifications.
  • Utilize AutoCAD and Revit software to create and manage project designs and documentation.
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and adjust plans as necessary based on project progress and challenges.
  • Implement project management methodologies and tools to track progress and ensure accountability.
  • Facilitate communication among cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Perform risk management analysis to minimize project risks and develop contingency plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in technology or architectural projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
