Minimum Qualifications

  • Working towards an Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree and at least 18 years of age at date of employment
  • Excellent interpersonal and project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Ability to multi-task and think independently in a team oriented environment
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills including, Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, and intranet software

Essential Functions and Primary Duties 

  • Provide accurate administrative support to leadership team members and other stakeholders, including copying, scanning, FedEx coordination, mail and package delivery, and general office support
  • Assist with calendar management, meeting preparation, receptionist coverage, guest and visitor support, and expense report processing
  • Prepare and update basic business documents using Microsoft Office, including memos, spreadsheets, and related administrative materials
  • Assist with regional administrative special projects and other office priorities as needed.
  • Respond professionally to questions from internal and external clients and direct inquiries to the appropriate resource when needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing any business, communications, or a related major
  • Ability to use AI tools, such as Copilot
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills

Other Considerations

  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during core business hours
  • Ability to work onsite at least three days per week during the traditional business week, Monday through Friday
  • Ability to work in blocks of at least two hours throughout the work week
  • This position may require periodic additional hours outside core business hours or days, such as evenings or Saturdays, as needed
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs
