This is not just another IT leadership role. This is an opportunity to build the digital backbone of a rapidly growing organization.
Oklahoma Chiller is in a high-growth phase and looking for a Director of Information Technology to serve as a strategic partner to our Executive Leadership Team. This role is critical to scaling our operations, integrating acquisitions, and modernizing how our teams work across the organization. You will own the vision, strategy, and execution of our enterprise technology stack, from ERP and CRM to cybersecurity and data visibility.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you will shape systems, teams, and processes from the ground up. You will help drive operational excellence, standardize platforms across operating units, and ensure Oklahoma Chiller is positioned for long-term scalability and success.
If you are ready to lead digital transformation in a purpose-driven organization that values trust, loyalty, courage, humility, and excellence, this could be your next chapter.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
You will serve as the senior IT leader for Oklahoma Chiller, responsible for both strategic direction and day-to-day execution of our technology infrastructure. This is a builder's role, ideal for someone who can create structure, drive adoption, and lead through growth and change.
You will oversee internal IT operations, manage key vendor relationships, and lead technology due diligence and post-merger integrations for add-on acquisitions. Your focus will be on standardizing systems, improving visibility across the business, and enabling leadership with real-time data and insights.
You will work closely with executive leadership, operating company leaders, and external partners to ensure technology is a growth enabler.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Define and execute a long-term IT strategy aligned with Oklahoma Chiller's growth objectives
Lead digital transformation initiatives to replace manual and fragmented processes
Oversee and optimize core enterprise systems including ERP, CRM, project management, payroll, and communications platforms
Design, implement, and maintain a strong cybersecurity posture to protect company and client data
Build and maintain unified databases that consolidate financial and operational data across operating units
Develop executive dashboards with real-time KPIs and actionable insights
Create and execute a repeatable IT integration playbook for add-on acquisitions
Lead technology due diligence during acquisition processes to identify integration risks and opportunities
Migrate acquired businesses onto standardized platforms while retiring legacy systems
Identify and implement practical AI and automation use cases to improve efficiency and decision-making
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing internal IT team
Manage vendor relationships to ensure performance, security, and scalability
Represent Oklahoma Chiller's mission, vision, and values in every internal and external interaction
YOU MIGHT BE OUR PERSON IF...
You think strategically
You enjoy building systems, teams, and scalable processes
You thrive in fast-growing, change-driven environments
You take ownership and bring clarity where there is complexity
You are energized by integrating businesses and creating order from chaos
You believe technology should serve people - not the other way around
You value culture and understand that leadership sets the tone
You want a seat at the table and the responsibility that comes with it
WHAT WILL PUT YOU AHEAD
Proven success in senior IT leadership roles, ideally within commercial or industrial services
Experience leading digital transformation across multiple divisions or operating units
Strong background implementing and standardizing ERP, CRM, project management, and payroll systems
Demonstrated success leading IT integration for multiple acquisitions
Ability to build executive dashboards pulling data from multiple entities
Strong cybersecurity knowledge and risk management experience
Experience implementing AI or automation solutions in a real-world business environment
Strong people leadership and team-building experience
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Sage Intacct, NetSuite, Accumatica, Salesforce, BuildOps, ServiceTitan, or ServiceTrade
