This role serves as the technical authority for data management, ensuring data assets are secure, accessible, scalable, and aligned with business processes. Responsibilities: * Develop enterprise data strategies, roadmaps, standards, and governance frameworks. * Design and maintain scalable data architectures supporting business and mission requirements. * Create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models. * Lead Data Governance, Data Security, Master Data Management (MDM), Metadata Management, and Data Quality initiatives. * Define how data is stored, integrated, accessed, consumed, and managed across systems and applications. * Design data integration solutions and establish linkages between enterprise systems. * Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and database administrators to ensure effective data management and accessibility. * Develop enterprise data inventories, business vocabularies, taxonomies, and information models. * Support cloud, hybrid, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Create strategy documents, business cases, implementation plans, and architecture roadmaps. * Ensure data solutions align with enterprise architecture and business objectives. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). * Minimum 10 years of IT experience, including 5 years in information systems design and architecture. * Active Top Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility * Experience in: * Data Strategy * Data Architecture * Data & Analytics Governance * Data Modeling * Data & Analytics Security * Master Data Management (MDM) * Metadata Management * Data Integration and Interoperability * Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence * Strong understanding of how data supports business processes and mission operations. * Experience developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models. * Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. * Ability to communicate effectively with executives, business stakeholders, and technical teams. Preferred Qualifications * 3-5 years of Data Analyst experience. * Experience implementing enterprise data management and analytics programs. * Experience with cloud and hybrid data environments. * Knowledge of data science, data warehousing, microservices, and event-driven architectures. * Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata repositories. * Experience supporting Department of War (DoW), Department of Navy (DoN), or Federal Law Enforcement organizations. * Experience with enterprise data modeling tools. Salary Disclosure: Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including but not limited to experience, geographic location, contract affordability, internal equity, education, and certifications. The upper end of the salary range may be reserved for individuals who have demonstrated tenure with the company, seniority, and proven excellent performance.
