Oak Grove Technologies, LLC, a dynamic and fast-growing federal contractor, is seeking a highly motivated Information Technology Technician I to support IT and network operations at the Muscatatuck Training Center. This position supports the maintenance, administration, and troubleshooting of computer systems, networks, and infrastructure supporting operational and training environments.

Location: Camp Atterbury (Edinburgh, IN) and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (Butlerville, IN)

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day IT and network operations. 
  • Assist with administration and maintenance of computer systems and network infrastructure. 
  • Support Windows Enterprise and Linux server operating systems. 
  • Assist with monitoring cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments. 
  • Support virtualization platforms including VMware, KVM, and Xen. 
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, system, and network issues. 
  • Support infrastructure maintenance, upgrades, and operational readiness activities. 
  • Maintain technical documentation and support records. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support operational requirements. 
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience. 
  • Must meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with computer systems, information technology, or networking. 
  • Experience with Windows Enterprise and Linux server administration. 
  • Knowledge of network vulnerabilities, attack vectors, and mitigation strategies. 
  • Experience supporting cloud, physical, and virtual infrastructure environments. 
  • Experience with hypervisors including VMware, KVM, and Xen. 
  • Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment.

Education Requirements:

Associates degree or equivalent experience. Meet DoDM 8140.03 IAT I requirements. 


Security Clearance Requirements:

U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance
