What you will do Our newest team member will use their previous experience, along with their ability and desire to learn new concepts, to be an integral part of our clients’ transition to cloud services.  You will develop client trust and build strong relationships by keeping our clients connected and productive, whether employees are working at the office or remotely. You will: - Introduce and implement various features of Microsoft 365 including Exchange mail, SharePoint Online & Teams. - Implement and monitor data integrity & security solutions, including cloud backups and cloud security for corporate clients. - Configure and maintain workstations and network devices in small business networks. - Provide solutions to enable secure remote access to business systems for employees working abroad. - Design wireless networks to provide sufficient range and speed through-out buildings and across properties. - Assist clients in making educated purchasing decisions for their IT needs. - Provide remote and on-site support to residential and farm clients for basic, peer-to-peer networks. What you will bring to the role - 5+ years of IT experience with a focus on small business clients. - Well-rounded knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting. - Confident ability to provide sensible network solutions to increase productivity and maintain reliability in small businesses. - General understanding of Microsoft 365 admin centers. - Excellent PR skills both on the phone and in person with some retail experience. - Familiarity of website and email hosting configurations. - A reliable vehicle and valid Ontario driver’s licence.
