Job description

Objective
Provide ongoing content marketing support to help the client build brand awareness, generate demand, and support lead generation beyond paid advertising and events. The writer will serve as an extension of the marketing team, creating cohesive, campaign-driven content that aligns with the company's voice and marketing objectives.
Profile Overview
The client is seeking an experienced B2B content writer with a strong background in legal technology and injury law industry. The ideal candidate can quickly understand complex software solutions and translate them into engaging, customer-focused content that resonates with personal injury law firms.
This writer will collaborate closely with the marketing team, product marketing, and subject matter experts to develop content across multiple channels while maintaining consistent messaging throughout campaigns.
Scope
  • Commitment: 10-15 hours per week, with room to increase hours as content initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns expand.
  • Duration: Ongoing contract engagement
  • Participate in planning meetings, interview internal subject matter experts, and collaborate with the marketing team as needed.
Responsibilities
  • Write long-form blog articles and resource content.
  • Develop monthly customer and prospect email campaigns.
  • Create compelling case studies highlighting customer success stories.
  • Write landing page copy for marketing campaigns and product initiatives.
  • Produce organic social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging social channels.
  • Support product launches, feature announcements, and integration releases with coordinated messaging.
  • Create campaign-based content that maintains consistency across blogs, emails, landing pages, one-pagers, and social media.
  • Adapt messaging for different audience segments, including enterprise and mid-market law firms.
  • Interview internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather technical insights and customer perspectives.
  • Maintain the client's established brand voice while leveraging AI responsibly as a drafting tool, not as a replacement for thoughtful, human-written content.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience writing for B2B SaaS companies.
  • Experience writing for legal technology, legal services, or plaintiff law firms strongly preferred.
  • Excellent long-form and short-form content writing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging marketing content.
  • Experience developing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword optimization.
  • Experience interviewing subject matter experts and incorporating technical input into content.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Experience working within HubSpot marketing environments is preferred.
About Client
Client develops AI-powered workflow automation software for plaintiff law firms, helping legal teams improve operational efficiency through intelligent document processing and practice management integrations. As the company expands its marketing efforts, it is investing in consistent, high-quality content to strengthen brand awareness, support product marketing initiatives, and drive demand among both enterprise and mid-market law firms.
