We are currently searching for aSr. Global Product Managerto join our team. This role will be performed on-site and is based at our location in North Billerica, MA. Please note: There is no relocation offered for this role. The ideal candidate will currently reside in the Greater Boston area.


JOB SUMMARY

The Sr. Global Product Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and managing the global product strategy for the company's intraoperative MRI (iMRI) portfolio. This role owns the full product lifecycle from market definition and requirements through launch, commercialization, and post-market optimization.

This individual will serve as the central point of alignment across engineering, clinical, regulatory, sales, and executive leadership to deliver differentiated, outcome driven imaging solutions for neurosurgery, spine and other oncological applications.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and own the global product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the iMRI portfolio.
  • Drive lifecycle decisions including new product development and end-of-life planning.
  • Lead voice-of-customer and market research initiatives.
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and clinical use cases.
  • Own market requirements and use cases for next generation iMRI solutions.
  • Develop customer segmentation, pricing strategy, and value positioning.
  • Collaborate with R&D, program management, clinical, regulatory, sales and quality teams.
  • Participate in design reviews and risk management activities.
  • Define global launch strategies and commercialization plans.
  • Own revenue forecasts and margin targets.
  • Assists in the development and execution of the annual marketing plan with the VP of Marketing.
  • Manages product management budgets and 3rd party partners.


SUPERVISION RECEIVED AND EXERCISED

  • Reports directly to the VP of Marketing


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or related field (required; MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in product management; medical device or capital equipment experience required.
  • Intraoperative imaging or surgical/OR marketing experience highly preferred.
  • Proven experience supporting long sales cycles and complex, high-value solutions.
  • Strong collaboration skills with sales leadership, clinical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Success leveraging AI to improve the quality of product management.
  • Experience with global product launches and regulatory processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Highly organized with strong project management and attention to detail.
  • Strategic, creative thinker with a strong sense of ownership and initiative.
  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and requirements platforms
  • Strong relationship-building skills with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
