Job Description Patent Prosecution Attorney - Telecom, AI & Software Technologies Dallas Join a Growing IP Practice Handling Advanced Technologies: A highly regarded IP practice is seeking a Patent Prosecution Attorney with at least 2 years of experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications for sophisticated technology clients. This opportunity is presented by MNF Global, a national legal search firm focused on IP, patent, and technology attorney placements. Role and Responsibilities:
  • Draft and prosecute U.S. and international patent applications.
  • Work directly with inventors, engineers, and in-house counsel.
  • Advise clients on patent strategy and portfolio development.
  • Handle technologies related to telecommunications, AI, software, and computer systems.
  • Collaborate with attorneys across a broad national IP platform.
