POSITION SUMMARY:

The Technology Analyst is a member of the WhiteWater IT department reporting to the Technology Manager and serves as the primary support resource for a portfolio of enterprise business applications supporting Accounting, Procurement, Finance, and other corporate functions. This role is responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of applications including OpenInvoice, Concur, Gatekeeper, Adaptive Planning, HaloITSM, and related systems.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application Support & Administration

  • Serve as primary support for assigned enterprise applications.
  • Perform daily administration including user provisioning, security roles, workflows, and system configuration.
  • Monitor application performance, integrations, and system alerts to proactively resolve issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve incidents and service requests.
  • Support application upgrades, releases, testing, and production deployments.

Access Management & Security

  • Manage user lifecycle activities including account creation, modification, and deactivation.
  • Administer role-based access controls in accordance with security policies.
  • Support authentication issues such as password resets and account lockouts.
  • Conduct user access reviews and support audit and compliance requirements.

Configuration & Process Improvement

  • Configure workflows, forms, approvals, notifications, and business rules.
  • Translate business requirements into system configurations and enhancements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Support deployment of new modules, features, and system enhancements.

Testing, Documentation & User Support

  • Develop and execute test plans for system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Document processes, SOPs, and system configurations.
  • Develop training materials and support end-user training.
  • Support change management and promote system adoption.

Qualifications and Experience: 

Required

  • 2+ years of experience supporting enterprise business applications, ERP systems, or SaaS platforms.
  • Experience providing end-user support, troubleshooting, and application administration.
  • Understanding of Accounting, Procurement, Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, or Finance business processes.
  • Experience managing user access, security roles, and application configuration.
  • Experience monitoring system integrations, analyzing errors, and coordinating issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and organizational levels.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience.
