Position Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and customer-focused entry-level intern to support dealership employees using our AutoVision software in a dealership environment. In this role, you will primarily assist customers via email-and occasionally by phone-to help diagnose and resolve software-related issues.
In addition to customer support, you will assist with continuously improving department processes through projects aimed at growing communication skills. This position is ideal for individuals eager to build technical, consulting, and customer service skills in a collaborative environment.
