As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibility will be to provide comprehensive psychotherapy services. Specific duties will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments that inform the development of tailored treatment plans based on solution-focused methodologies.
• Delivering evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), customizing your approach to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards, ensuring that all records are current and confidential.
• Collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to deliver integrated, patient-centered care.
• Participating in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, designed to foster professional development and enhance the quality of care.
• Educating patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources, providing them with the tools necessary for recovery.

The clients you will work with at Mental Aid Psychological Services represent a wide spectrum of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, substance use issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your empathetic approach and expertise will be crucial in helping these individuals navigate their paths towards recovery and overall well-being.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is mandatory.
• Licensed to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience, specifically in providing psychotherapy services in a professional setting.
• A solid understanding of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, particularly those focused on solution-oriented outcomes.

• Experience in a Detox or outpatient mental health setting is highly desirable.
