Job description

MCR Technical Service is looking for IT Field Service Technician to join the team! You must live Michigan. You will work from home and traveling to various locations in the North Central, south of the UP area to service, maintain and repair the following:

Equipment Serviced

  • POS Kiosks
  • Parts inside the kiosk:
  • Label printers
  • Paper printer
  • Check reader
  • Cash acceptor
  • Cash dispenser
  • Credit card reader
  • Touch screen
  • Firewall
  • PC
  • Your home is your office, you will be required to drive to all your jobs. some days will require a few hundred miles of driving and some days will require zero miles.
  • Mileage reimbursement, Cell phone reimbursement

Qualifications

  • Pass a background check and drug test
  • Have a valid drivers license
  • Have reliable transportation, all work requires travel. No overnights
  • Have a reliable cell phone with data plan
  • Have a laptop
  • Home internet
  • Be familiar with PC's
  • Be mechanically inclined
  • Friendly, Personable, Presentable
  • Self motivated
  • Organized
  • Responsible
  • Willing to learn new things
  • Certificates in the technical field are a plus but not a requirement
  • Previous employment in the filed a plus but not a requirement
