This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys mechanical work, construction projects, equipment installation, and working at different customer locations throughout the week.Whether your experience comes from HVAC, plumbing, construction, fabrication, maintenance, warehouse operations, low-voltage systems, equipment installation, or another hands-on trade, we provide paid training and a clear path to build a long-term technical career.No beverage industry experience is required. We hire for mechanical aptitude, work ethic, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.What You'll DoEvery project is different. You'll work alongside experienced technicians installing commercial draft beer and beverage dispensing systems that restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, stadiums, and businesses rely on every day.Responsibilities include:Install commercial beverage dispensing systems at customer locationsRun trunk lines and install tubing, hoses, fittings, and mechanical componentsAssemble and install dispensing equipment and supporting systemsAssist with startup, testing, and commissioning of newly installed systemsRead installation instructions and follow technical specificationsUse hand and power tools safely and effectivelyMaintain clean, organized, and professional job sitesTravel locally to installation projects throughout the regionWork closely with experienced technicians while developing new skillsCross-train into service, maintenance, and troubleshooting functions as experience growsIndustry-Leading Training and Career DevelopmentAt PRO BEV®, we believe in developing skilled technicians from the ground up.Through our paid PRO BEV University™ training program, you'll receive hands-on instruction, mentorship, and real-world experience that helps you build specialized technical expertise.
