Description
Our Glendale, AZ location is currently seeking a Product Support Sales Representative that will assist in understanding customer's needs and challenges, creating valued customer relationships, and seeking new opportunities to grow sales. This person will support Bejac customers with the primary focus on parts and service sales to all of our business segments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Call on current and potential customer base establishing long-lasting customer relationships and maximizing parts and service sales.
  • Assist in customer equipment management. Resolve customer product issues to ensure that all possible business is being conducted ie. parts, service, sales, etc. Provide support to sales group, assisting sales staff in making customer calls. Assist sales dept. with special projects and technical problems when possible.
  • Resolve customer complaints by taking prompt and appropriate action to maintain excellent customer relations
  • Plan and coordinate activities concerned with assembling, testing, and commissioning of various equipment. Address complaints, resolve issues, and trouble shoot problems. Conduct, plan, and advise on products, operations, and service training to Bejac personnel and customers
  • Monitor work order closing related to your sales activity to ensure invoicing occurs within 5 business days of last work activity on each job; monitor all accounts checking for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring timely processing and closing.
  • Work with service dept. on warranty work orders for proper administration of claims to manufacturer and ensure all warranty and policy decisions are mutually fair to the customer, the manufacturer, and Bejac.
  • Maintain support for technicians, resolving various problems and promoting customer contacts; participate in meetings to promote our brands.
  • Coordinate with the sales and service departments regarding any relevant developments.
  • Complete and turn-in all call reports, daily activity log and status reports of current and future activities for review.
  • Promote aftermarket business that favors both Bejac and our customers. Inform customers of new products, specials, and additional services.
  • Conduct product/operation/service training for customers

Requirements
  • AA or BA preferred, some college okay
  • Minimum 2 years previous parts counter or related experience
  • Basic to moderate use of Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to multi-task as this position will wear several hats
