Job Summary:
ClifyX is seeking ETRM Technical Support consultants to assist one of their major oil refinery clients. The role involves providing production support for the RightAngle application, resolving business user queries, and maintaining application performance and upgrades.
Responsibilities:
• RightAngle (ETRM) application on-site/off-Site production support
• Understanding and resolving business user queries
• Understanding, logging and resolving application issues as per the agreed SLA
• Right Angle application maintenance and upgrade
• Right Angle configuration and ad-hoc reports development.
• End to end crude life cycle mapping for trading company.
• Interface development, testing and deployment
• Business process modeling and mapping, workflow automation and fine tuning suggestions.
• Performance testing, deployment assistance.
• End of day/month processing and yearly book closure
• Interacting and supporting application vendor team working on logged issues.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience- 3-6 Years +
• Educational Qualification- Science/Engineering Graduate or Masters in Business administration.
• RightAngle configuration and Implementation
• RightAngle custom reports development
• Good knowledge about crude oil trade life cycle including allocations and scheduling
• Broad understanding of business process across trading, contracts, scheduling, accounting, market risk and credit risk functional areas
• Good problem solving skills
• Good analytical skills
• Good communication (oral/written) skills and pleasing personality
• Understanding of database concepts, sqls and stored procedures
Preferred:
• Basic understanding of various interfaces of ETRM application
