About the Job: 

The HR Technology Analyst serves as the first point of escalation for HR technology and delivers customer service support to the organization. This role will serve as a technical resource supporting Taco Bell's HR technology systems used to collect and maintain employee information, including the Content Management System (CMS) and Learning Management System (LMS). The position responds to employee inquiries and leadership requests, identifies issues and triages to the appropriate teams, and supports cross-functional projects within HR. In partnership with the Director of Learning & Development, Taco Bell technology leadership, and Yum! Brands' technology teams, the role supports the implementation and communication of system changes to promote efficient use of HR Technology. The role also creates standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and provides data summaries for use in planning projects and decision-making.

The Day-to-Day: 

    Administer and support day to day LMS, CMS, and HR tech platforms for global Taco Bell operations
    Partner with HR Technology to implement new processes and best practices
    Train cross-functional partners on LMS, CMS, and ATS standards
    Build reports and dashboards using BI tools to track trends and HR KPIs
    Provide technical support to leaders and franchisees on HR systems
    Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across HR platforms
    Recommend improvements, drive adoption, and support system enhancements
    Create and maintain process documentation and reference materials
    Troubleshoot system issues, escalating complex or cross-functional challenges as needed
    Support testing, integrations, and vendor coordination to ensure successful implementations 

Is this you? 

    Bachelor's in HR, IT, or related field with 2+ years of experience (or Master's)
    At least 2 years of working experience 
    Experience with HR technologies (LMS, LCMS, HCM, ATS) preferred
    Knowledge of SCORM, Tin Can API, and/or xAPI preferred
    Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
    Ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate clearly (written & verbal)
    Collaborative, customer-focused, and strong interpersonal skills
    Self-starter with discretion, confidentiality, and ability to work independently

Salary Range: $88,500 to $97,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
