Technical Project Manager (Performance Engg. Exp.)

Bolingbrook, IL [ONSITE]

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient individual to be deployed onsite with our customer. This role will serve as a key liaison between the customer and internal teams, focusing on performance engineering, technical project management, and business analysis. The ideal candidate will drive new initiatives, ensure alignment with customer goals, and deliver high-impact solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary onsite point of contact for performance engineering and technical project initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with customer stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and align on priorities.
  • Lead performance analysis, tuning, and optimization efforts across applications and systems.
  • Drive the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement and proactively propose solutions.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and work with engineering teams to implement them.
  • Provide regular updates, reports, and presentations to both customer and internal leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in performance engineering, technical project management, or business/technical analysis.
  • Strong understanding of system performance metrics, profiling tools, and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
