Role - Technical Program Manager (TPM)- Oracle Cloud
Experience Required - 8+ Years
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Experience in AI program management
Experience with compliance and risk management in Information Security, regulatory reviews and risk assessments
Experience working as Information Security Analyst/Manager
Sound knowledge and understanding of Cloud environment (Oracle Cloud preferred)
Agile expertise with strong program / project management skills
Roles & Responsibilities
โ€ข Lead end-to-end delivery of the Cloud security delivery automation program, driving initiatives from Enterprise cloud intake through certification, enablement, and continuous improvement using Agentic AI.
โ€ข Drive cross-functional program execution by partnering with Engineering, Platform Services, Security, Product, Risk, and Operations teams to deliver strategic outcomes on time and within scope.
โ€ข Own SaaS Security Governance, including SaaS intake, security reviews, certification, compliance tracking, lifecycle management, and governance reporting.
โ€ข Champion automation and AI-driven transformation by identifying opportunities to streamline certification workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve operational efficiency.
โ€ข Provide executive program governance through roadmap planning, risk and dependency management, KPI reporting, stakeholder communication, and leadership updates to ensure successful program delivery.
Generic Managerial Skills, If any
Present project objectives, scope, and results to senior management, clearly articulating the potential impact of
control gaps in a highly professional and proficient manner.
Provide guidance to internal teams on actions required to close gaps, to include aiding with documenting
alternative approaches that meet controls security objectives.
Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $125,000 Per Annum
