Job Description:

We're looking for a driven Operations Project Manager (Multifamily)
If you enjoy leading people, solving problems, visiting job sites, and making projects successful, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do:
Visit active construction sites weekly throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Hold Project Managers accountable for schedules, quality, communication, and execution.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify challenges.
Review project schedules and assist with planning.
Conduct operational walk throughs and quality inspections.
Ensure company standards and procedures are consistently followed.
Coach and mentor Project Managers to improve performance.
Work closely with executive leadership to keep projects moving forward.
Help deliver exceptional projects on time and within company expectations.
Coordinate weekly schedules for Field Technicians, Cleaners, and Site Supervisors across all active projects.
Assign field resources based on project priorities, turnover schedules, inspections, and manpower needs.
Balance labor resources to maximize efficiency while supporting Project Managers and field operations.
Ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time to keep projects moving forward.
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of multifamily construction project management experience.
Multifamily construction experience preferred.
Strong leadership and accountability skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
Willingness to travel to local job sites.
