Job Description

BryceTech has an immediate opening for a technical lead engineer supporting Space Development Agency (SDA) Proliferated Warfighter System Architecture (PWSA) Tranche development. The technical lead engineer serves as the technical lead responsible for end-to-end integration across the Proliferated Warfighter Space Architecture (PWSA), ensuring mission execution across space, ground, and user segments. In this role, the candidate addresses critical integration gaps by establishing ownership, traceability, and verification across complex, multi-program architectures. The candidate will provide technical oversight and recommendations to the Program Manager and/or technical director. The technical lead engineer oversees design reviews, integration efforts across segments, gap analysis and implementation strategies, and ensures end-to-end verification is performed to ensure the vendor's solutions capabilities meet PWSA architecture needs.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Experience with satellite and ground segment systems
  • Experience with modeling, simulation and analysis (MS&A) tools used for evaluating complex satellite and ground segment architectures
  • Experience verifying and/or validating requirements thru modeling, simulation or analysis that either augments or replaces development and/or operational testing
  • Apply rigorous problem-solving skills to identify and respond to system gaps proactively
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
Qualifications

Required:

  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering and math
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience with complex modeling, simulation and analysis tools
  • Strong Experience in space systems engineering leadership positions
  • Demonstrated experience in leading technical teams and performing integration activities
  • Technical and analytic understanding of satellite and ground system interaction
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment with excellent oral and written communication skills

Preferred:

  • Master's degree in science, technology, engineering and math
  • 12 years' experience with satellite fire control systems
  • Experience DoD and or IC customers
