Technical RecruiterJob Summary
Technical Consulting Solutions, Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our management team. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top technical talent across a variety of roles, including software engineering, network engineering, system architecture, data science, cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, systems engineering, DevOps, and other technology functions. This role requires strong sourcing skills, relationship-building abilities, and a solid understanding of technical positions and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and team objectives.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified technical candidates.
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
  • Coordinate and manage the interview process from initial contact through offer acceptance.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Negotiate compensation packages and extend employment offers.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to hiring managers and leadership.
  • Stay informed about market trends, compensation benchmarks, and emerging recruiting best practices.
  • Promote the company's brand and culture to prospective candidates.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and candidate tracking.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical recruiting.
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles such as Software Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Scientists, Product Managers, or similar positions.
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruiting platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ClearCo.
  • Ability to author job descriptions with key input from hiring managers.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple open positions and competing priorities.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.
  • Ability to promote TCS geographic locations to candidates considering relocation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience recruiting in a fast-paced technology company or agency environment.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, cloud technologies, and technical skill sets.
  • Professional certifications in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
  • Experience with recruiting initiatives for candidates with clearances.
