  • Help to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.
  • Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to product/engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.
  • Create product requirement documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met, with limited guidance.
  • Help scale existing or create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure effective documentation of repeatable solutions with minimal guidance.
