Job description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Technical Content Writer to join their team in Atlanta, GA. This person will move fast, get first-hand answers from the teams closest to the work, and are trusted to make sound messaging decisions with minimal oversight, contributing directly to some of the client's most strategically significant partner relationships.
Duties:
* Support copy across the full partner marketing portfolio, from partner program launches like IAS (the client's Accountants Suite, home to ProPartner) and GPP (the client's global partner program, covering VAR/IES), brand systems, thru-partner campaigns and partner-facing enablement materials
* Build and maintain messaging hierarchies for the accountant audience, working inside the client's legal-approved copy framework and knowing when to submit for review versus adapt from approved assets
* Synthesize complex briefs into clear, compelling copy that aligns with business objectives, product positioning, and partner program goals, often across multiple brands
* Proactively ramp up on new partner programs and product areas, including IAS, IES, Quickbooks Advanced, Billpay, Payments, Workforce, ProPartner Accountants, and GPP/VAR/IES, to build first-hand understanding and partner fluency with project managers, marketers, and designers to get answers
* Own copy delivery end-to-end with minimal hand-holding: from shaping messaging frameworks to writing campaign copy, in-product integrations language, sales enablement materials, partner playbooks, and brand narrative, knowing when to loop in stakeholders versus move independently
* Partner closely with Partner and Accountant Marketing Leads, Brand, and Product Marketing as a trusted thought partner on messaging strategy, ensuring copy is benefits-driven and consistent from external partner communications to internal messaging guidance
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience in copywriting for SaaS, marketing technology, FinTech or partner/channel marketing, including experience operating at a senior or staff level
* Demonstrated ability to move fluidly between technical, product, and marketing language, quickly grasping complex features, partner program structures, and business models well enough to explain them simply to any audience
* Proven track record of taking initiative and driving content execution across multiple teams and time zones with minimal direction, including navigating legal and compliance reviews
* A portfolio that demonstrates measurable impact, systems thinking, sharp product and messaging judgment, and clear, human-centered copywriting across multiple products or brands
* Experience with partner ecosystems, channel programs, or co-marketing, including writing for program launches, enablement, and partner-facing communications
* Ability to write for non-marketing, technical audiences, translating product and partner-program language into copy that lands with partner-facing operators, not just marketers
* Resourcefulness and agility in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, with the ability to prioritize feedback and pivot direction without sacrificing quality
* Fluency with Figma, Slack, Claude, and Google Workspace
* Bonus: Experience with accountant marketing, brand system writing, or writing across multi-brand portfolios
How you'll work:
You'll operate as a senior contributor embedded in a small, fast-moving in-house creative studio serving the full GBSG partner marketing organization. You'll take the lead on integrated campaigns and program launches, driving messaging that aligns creative output to wider business goals and partner program strategy, ensuring every touchpoint reflects strong brand stewardship and meets partner requirements.
