About the role
As a Senior Technical Consultant, you will make an impact by designing, developing, and implementing high-quality ServiceNow solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives. You will be a valued member of the ServiceNow delivery team and work collaboratively with customer stakeholders, project teams, architects, developers, and delivery leadership to drive successful project outcomes.
In this role, you will serve as a technical leader, providing guidance and mentorship to team members while acting as a key escalation point for complex technical challenges. You will help shape scalable solutions, uphold development best practices, and ensure the delivery of innovative and reliable ServiceNow implementations.
In this role, you will:
Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with client business requirements and platform best practices.
Lead technical delivery activities, including solution architecture, integration design, technical documentation, effort estimation, and advanced development.
Collaborate with business analysts, project teams, and client stakeholders to translate requirements and user stories into scalable technical solutions.
Mentor and coach junior and mid-level developers, providing technical leadership, code review support, and guidance throughout project delivery.
Serve as the primary technical escalation point on assigned projects, ensuring quality standards, successful delivery outcomes, and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

What you need to have to be considered
Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
3+ years of experience in technical consulting, software development, service management, or a related discipline.
3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform configuration and development experience.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM (CIS-ITSM) certification.
Proven experience delivering solutions across at least two additional ServiceNow product lines beyond ITSM.
Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, web technologies, and system integrations.
Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated experience creating technical architecture, integration, and solution design documentation.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to make sound technical decisions, manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
These will help you stand out
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent service management knowledge.
Post-graduate studies or advanced training in software engineering, application development, or related technical disciplines.
Experience serving as a technical lead on ServiceNow implementation or transformation programs.
Strong expertise in platform architecture, complex integrations, performance optimization, and technical troubleshooting.
Experience conducting technical interviews and supporting talent development initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of code review, testing methodologies, and development quality standards.
Proven track record of mentoring technical teams and fostering professional growth.
Experience contributing to delivery process improvements, reusable assets, and technical best practices.

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $108K - $125K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate
