UForce Fitness is hiring a Boxing Coach to join our team and lead high-quality boxing-based fitness classes. The ideal candidate is an experienced boxer or coach who can combine strong technical knowledge with the ability to motivate and connect with a wide range of members.
This position is about more than running through combinations. You will be responsible for creating a structured, energetic training environment where members improve their skills, push their limits, and enjoy coming back to train.
THE ROLE

As a Boxing Coach, you will lead group boxing sessions while providing hands-on instruction and individualized feedback. You should be comfortable working with people at different experience levels and able to maintain control, energy, and engagement throughout a class.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead boxing classes that are energetic, organized, challenging, and safe
  • Demonstrate and teach boxing fundamentals, including stance, footwork, movement, combinations, defense, and conditioning
  • Observe members throughout class and provide real-time technical feedback and corrections
  • Offer modifications and coaching adjustments based on individual ability and experience
  • Maintain a positive, motivating atmosphere that encourages members to consistently attend and improve
  • Develop strong relationships with members and contribute to a welcoming training environment
  • Represent UForce Fitness with professionalism and uphold company standards
  • Work collaboratively with other coaches and contribute to the overall success of the fitness program
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to deliver a consistently high-quality experience

Adaptable - You can effectively coach someone stepping into a boxing class for the first time while still challenging experienced athletes.
Reliable and professional - You understand that consistency, preparation, and professionalism are essential to a successful coaching environment.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience coaching boxing and/or a strong competitive boxing background
  • Experience leading group fitness classes or training groups
  • Strong knowledge of boxing technique, movement, and conditioning
  • Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
  • Passion for boxing, fitness, coaching, and athletic development
  • Nationally accredited fitness certification preferred
