What You'll Do 

As a Technical Sales Associate, you will play a key role in supporting customers and ensuring the smooth execution of sales activities. Your responsibilities will include: 

Sales & Customer Support 

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional support. 

  • Assist with preparing quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation. 

  • Support inside sales activities including quote generation, order entry, order acknowledgments, and customer follow-up. 

  • Maintain accurate customer, opportunity, and sales activity records within CRM and ERP systems. 

Order & Process Management 

  • Coordinate with production, logistics, and finance teams to ensure accurate order fulfilment and delivery schedules. 

  • Track customer opportunities and support sales pipeline management activities. 

  • Ensure sales documentation and records are complete, accurate, and up to date. 

Technical & Commercial Development 

  • Develop knowledge of X-ray products, applications, and target markets. 

  • Collaborate with engineering and product management teams to understand product capabilities and customer requirements. 

  • Assist in identifying opportunities within existing customer accounts. 

  • Participate in customer meetings, technical discussions, and sales activities while progressively taking ownership of opportunities.

Compensation: In accordance with California law, the expected salary for this full-time, benefited position is between $65,000 - $75,000. The actual compensation will be determined considering factors such as relevant skills and experience and other factors permitted by law.
