We are expanding our St. Louis, MO Facility!
We are seeking a Production Tooling Mechanic at our St. Louis, MO location.
The Production Tooling Mechanic will support the Membrane Solutions organization by ensuring all production tooling is maintained in a ready state. This includes spinning tooling (winders and jets) maintenance and calibration, as well as assembly tooling such as potting molds.
Key Job Responsibilities:
  • Sustain a preventative maintenance tooling program and drive reliability excellence.
  • Aid in process improvements for tool design and reliability.
  • Develop quick-change options for changeovers.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve process conditions and problems to improve production or workflow.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain overall tooling management organization.
  • Implement tool recycle and maintenance processes.
  • Attend engineering and management meetings, providing input and guidance.
  • Dismantle equipment to remove and repair defective parts.
  • Perform other related duties as required.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • 2-5 years of practical industrial manufacturing experience or technical/associate degree, certificate, or equivalent in a related field (preferred).
  • Comfortable analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data and trends.
  • Basic problem-solving skills.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record.

Work Hours and Pay:
  • Night and day shifts are available.
  • Nights are 6:00pm to 6:00am.
  • Days are 6:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Pay range: $28.79 - $32.70 per hour based on work experience.
  • Availability to work a 2-3-2, 12-hour rotating shift (36 / 48-hour work weeks)
