Since then, we've become recognized for our thought leadership and commitment to excellence, reselling Apple products to customers worldwide while maximizing value for our client network.

Position Overview
We are seeking versatile and detail-oriented seasonal Technical Associates to support the end-to-end refurbishment of Apple devices. This role encompasses software restoration, hardware repair, device evaluation, and final quality assurance.
Technical Associates are responsible for ensuring each device meets functional, cosmetic, and resale standards. The ideal candidate is adaptable, process-oriented, and committed to precision in a production-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Repair & Restoration
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on Apple devices (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, etc.)
  • Perform component replacements and system repairs
  • Reinstall operating systems, apply firmware updates, and configure devices for use
  • Execute secure data wiping in accordance with company protocols

Device Evaluation & Grading
  • Assess devices for physical condition and performance
  • Assign grading classifications based on defined standards
  • Ensure grading aligns with resale expectations and company guidelines

Quality Control
  • Inspect completed devices to confirm functionality, accuracy of repairs, and overall condition
  • Validate that all required processes have been completed correctly
  • Flag and resolve any discrepancies prior to final approval

Process & Documentation
  • Follow standardized workflows and operational procedures
  • Record repair outcomes, grading results, and inventory usage accurately
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workspace

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and quality
  • Contribute to process enhancements and team initiatives

Qualifications
  • Experience in device repair, IT hardware support, electronics, or refurbishment
  • Understanding of Apple hardware and operating systems
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency in execution
  • Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications
  • Apple certifications or equivalent experience
  • Background in refurbishment or resale operations
  • Familiarity with grading standards or quality assessment frameworks
  • Knowledge of data security and device handling practices
  • Exposure to Lean or process improvement methodologies

Our Core Values
Our core values define how we show up every day-for our teammates, our clients, and our work. They guide our decisions, set our standards, and shape our culture.
  • We are a Joy to Work With, bringing positive energy, humility, and respect while communicating openly and supporting one another.
  • We Win the Day by taking consistent action and holding a high daily standard, knowing long-term success is built through steady progress and accountability.
  • We operate with a strong Sense of Urgency, acting quickly on what matters, staying organized, and taking ownership without procrastination.
  • We are Growth Minded, continuously seeking feedback, learning, and improvement, and embracing the discomfort that comes with getting better.
  • We Flow Forward by staying calm, learning from setbacks, and maintaining momentum-focused on progress, not perfection.
