Job description

Day Shift: $18/hr
7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Night Shift: $18/hr + $2 night differential
7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Shifts are on a rotating 2-week schedule:
Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours)
Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
This rotation schedule provides:
-Every other weekend off
-14 working days per month
-Guaranteed overtime every other week
The Robotic Assembly Operator plays a pivotal role in the production team, specializing in both manual and robotic assembly processes for the creation of high-quality, sustainable outdoor furniture components. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, advanced technical skills, and a strong commitment to workplace safety and quality.
Role and Responsibilities / Essential Functions
โ€ข Robotic Assembly: Operate robotic assembly systems to construct components with optimal efficiency and accuracy.
โ€ข Manual Assembly: Use handheld power tools to assemble components where robotic assembly is not applicable.
โ€ข Packaging: Safely and effectively package assembled parts for shipping or next steps in the production cycle.
โ€ข Area Management: Be responsible for all activities and output in your assigned area, in alignment with the company's quality and production goals.
โ€ข Safety Compliance: Strictly adhere to safety protocols, especially when operating robotic machinery and other high-risk equipment.
