Job description

Badger State Staffing is seeking a motivated individual to join a thriving organization in Fond du Lac as an Assembly Technician. In this role you will be responsible for assembling a variety of products, ranging from simple components to complex materials, by accurately interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams. The ideal candidate is punctual, dependable, and open to committing to a schedule that includes consistent overtime Monday through Friday.
 
What you’ll be doing:
  • Assemble electro-mechanical components according to schematics and blueprints
  • Test and troubleshoot products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, as well as specialized equipment, to perform assembly and testing tasks
  • Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times to ensure a safe working environment
  • Document assembly and testing results and maintain accurate records of work performed
