Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst
Location: Onsite (Auburn Hills, MI)

6 Months (Potential of Extension)
Business Analysis & Solution Design

  • Analyze business and user needs to identify solution opportunities and define application requirements.
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, documentation, and validation activities, including functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Assess business requirements and perform impact analysis across business processes, systems, applications, APIs, and integrations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation specifications.
  • Document complex business processes, technical workflows, microservices, APIs, and system interactions.
  • Conduct gap analysis and recommend solutions aligned with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Create process flows, data flow diagrams, and other solution documentation artifacts.
  • Support business case development, project estimations, and planning activities.
  • Experience with cloud-based architectures and deployment models.
  • Experience supporting enterprise integration platforms and middleware solutions.
  • Experience with digital transformation and business process improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to create high-quality Epics, Features, and User Stories within JIRA.
  • Experience producing business and technical documentation that is clear, organized, and audience-appropriate.

Application Development & Delivery

  • Design, develop, unit test, integrate, and support enterprise applications and services.
  • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions that satisfy functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Develop configurable services and enterprise integrations supporting business applications.
  • Apply secure development practices, coding standards, and established design patterns.
  • Create and maintain technical design, application, and systems documentation.
  • Support system implementation activities including design, testing, deployment, and rollout.
  • Research emerging technologies and standards to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Testing & Support

  • Support quality assurance activities, including test strategy development and test coverage assessments.
  • Participate in functional, integration, and performance testing activities.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application and integration issues.
  • Coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams and dependent application owners.
  • Ensure project deliverables are completed within established timelines and quality standards.
