  • Coordinate resolution of technical requests and production issues with Client Services, Implementations, Sales, Technology, and DevOps teams.

  • Review monthly invoicing with Finance and Implementations teams, escalate billing issues, and track aged receivables to support account health.

  • Plan and coordinate client environment upgrades with Technology teams to support system performance, stability, and release readiness.

  • Lead small client projects by defining scope, tracking actions, coordinating subject matter experts, and monitoring delivery against timelines.

  • Track account performance metrics, key performance indicators, and client roadmaps, and communicate progress, risks, and priorities to internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve client processes, expand solution adoption, and strengthen service outcomes through data, feedback, and account insight.

  • Responsibilities listed are not intended to be all-inclusive and may be modified as necessary.

Experience you'll need to have:
  • 6+ years of experience in financial services, banking, or financial technology in a client-facing technical account management, implementation, support, or service role.

  • 6+ years of experience working with bank operations, loan servicing, deposit operations, card processing, customer relationship management systems, interface development, or related financial technology environments.

  • 6+ years of experience gathering technical requirements, analyzing data, and communicating business and technical information to clients and internal stakeholders.

  • 6+ years of experience managing project deliverables, coordinating cross-functional teams, and executing against time-sensitive timelines.

  • Experience using Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, Confluence, Jira, or similar business and project management tools.

  • Working knowledge of application programming interfaces (APIs), cloud architecture, and core technical concepts across Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms.

  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, computer science, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:
  • Experience supporting core banking or digital banking platforms in a software-as-a-service environment.

  • Experience with invoicing review, receivables tracking, or account financial operations in a client services setting.

  • Experience presenting account status, risks, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.

  • Experience supporting Finxact products or modern banking platform implementations.

How you'll work:
  • This role is on-site Monday through Friday with the hours generally being 8:00am - 5:00pm. This position is likely to require long hours and weekend work.

  • Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.

  • This role requires use of a computer and audio equipment.

Travel:
