Are you a seasoned IT professional passionate about delivering top-tier technical support and innovative solutions? We’re looking for a Senior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team and help drive excellence in client service and technology implementation.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide expert support across server, network, and cloud environments.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
  • Utilize scripting and automation to streamline operations.
  • Design, implement, and manage secure and compliant technology solutions.
  • Maintain and upgrade systems with a focus on security and regulatory standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and offer strategic technology advice.
  • Document client infrastructures and troubleshooting procedures thoroughly.
  • Lead onboarding processes and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Support system audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Be available for on-call support for critical issues, including after-hours.
