Job description


CT/Multimodality Technologist – Day Shift
Location: Grapevine, TX 76051

Shift: Friday, Saturday, Sunday | 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM (3x12s)
Pay: $36 – $52/hour (Depending upon experience)
Sign-on Bonus: $10,000


Requirements
  • ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography)

  • ARRT-R (Radiography)


Essential Functions
  • Perform high-quality multimodality procedures per exam protocol.

  • Maintain imaging quality and production standards.

  • Monitor radiation dose levels and take corrective actions when needed.

  • Operate iSTAT for creatinine level testing.

  • Communicate effectively using AIDET framework for patient interaction.

  • Prepare and position patients, ensuring proper exposure and safety.

  • Follow sterile techniques and infection control standards.

  • Maintain cleanliness of equipment and work area.

  • Report equipment issues and assist with inventory.

  • Verify and document patient records and exam details.

  • Maintain medical imaging records as per departmental policies.

Qualifications
  • Education: Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program

  • Experience: Less than 1 year required

  • Certifications/Licenses:

    • BLS (Basic Life Support): Required within 30 days of hire

    • MRT (Medical Radiologic Technologist): Texas State License

    • ARRT Certifications (at least TWO modalities):

      • ARRT-R (Radiography)

      • ARRT-CT (Computed Tomography)

      • Other eligible ARRT or RDMS certifications: ARRT-M, ARRT-MR, ARRT-N, ARRT-S, ARRT-VI, ARRT-BS, ARRT-BD, ARRT-CI, ARRT-CV, RDMS-AB, RDMS-BR, RDMS-FE, RDMS-OB, RDMS-PS, RVT, CNMT, ARMRIT

Note: Must actively work in at least two modalities, with 50% or more time in the secondary modality.
