You'll spend your time:
Teaching and coaching people on technology

Empower People Through Technology
Deliver engaging technology training sessions and workshops
Coach employees one-on-one to build confidence with technology
Create guides, videos, and learning resources
Help establish technology champions throughout the organization
Coordinate Technology Initiatives
Manage and track technology requests across multiple offices
Support technology projects, testing activities, and rollouts
Maintain and enhance our SharePoint intranet
Gather feedback and identify opportunities for process improvement

Assist with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions
Support internally developed business applications
Contribute to reporting and data improvement initiatives

Required
2+ years of experience in coordination, operations, training, analyst, or similar role in a Professional Services environment
Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Demonstrated experience teaching, training, coaching, or guiding others
A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Bonus Points
Prior use of Power Apps, Power Automate, or Power BI
Experience working in a Public Accounting environment
Curriculum or training development experience
Experience supporting teams across multiple locations

You don't have a CPA, accounting degree, software development background, or previous IT help desk experience.
